HOW TO MEASURE?

Trace the outline of both feet, with the pencil always perpendicular to the sheet.

NOTE:
Take your measurements at the end of the day, as feet tend to swell throughout the day. Put socks on if you're going to wear the new shoes.

Use a ruler to measure the length of both feet. Take 5 mm off (which is the measurement of the pencil) and use the longest measurement as a reference.

Place the tape measure* around the instep, snug and not tight. Measure the outline of both feet and record the largest measurement.

*If you don't have a tape measure, put a piece of string around your instep and measure the result with the ruler.
