TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Closing the Loop initiative is a Lemon Jelly/Design e More S.A. project under the scope of sustainable fashion. The initiative/campaign is aimed at accepting the return of used pairs of Lemon Jelly footwear and reintroducing them into the production process, in order to reuse the materials, reduce waste and conserve environmental resources. Customers/Participants who return their used Lemon Jelly footwear will receive a discount voucher that they can use under the terms described at www.lemonjelly.com?id=717, reproduced below.
2 . Aiming to prepare and promote the initiative above, Design e More, S.A. will collect for free the pairs within the European Union.
3. Concepts & Stakeholders:
Participant: all private individuals, living in European Union, who are final consumers and have purchased Lemon Jelly footwear either from the Promoter or from a Lemon Jelly distributor or retailer (Partners) or who have been given a pair of Lemon Jelly footwear, making them legitimate owners of that footwear.
Promoter: Design e More, S.A., Corporate Tax No. 508851661, with registered office at Casas Queimadas, nº 567 4415-439 Grijó, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, also called Lemon Jelly
Partners: entities that retail Lemon Jelly footwear and that are listed as official partner shops of the Closing the Loop initiative on the website at www.lemonjelly.com
4. By taking part in the campaign, participants expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Participation will only be valid if all the clauses in these Terms and Conditions are complied with.
6. Only private individuals who are final consumers and resident in European Union may take part.
7 Companies and legal persons may not take part in the campaign.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the campaign any participants who breach or try to breach these Terms and Conditions or whose participation could, in any way, be considered fraudulent or offensive to common decency, in accordance with the criteria/perception of the campaign.
9. This Campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts or commercial incentives.
10. This campaign and gifted vouchers can only be used at the official Lemon Jelly online shop at www.lemonjelly.com and are not applicable or valid at our partner's shop listed on the website at www.lemonjelly.com?id=698 .
11. Campaign logistical and mechanical process
To return the footwear via the online shop, participants should:

- Fill in the returns form available at www.lemonjelly.com?id=713
- Print out the form and place it inside the package the footwear is going to be sent in
- The participants will be notified via e-mail to schedule the pick-up of the pair(s) by the carrier designated by the Promoter.
- Participants will be notified of receipt of the footwear and of the attribution of their voucher via e-mail from cs@lemonjelly.com within 7 business days of receipt of the footwear at Design e More, S.A.
- Vouchers attributed by the Lemon Jelly online shop can only be used at the official Lemon Jelly online shop at www.lemonjelly.com
- The attributed voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date the e-mail was sent
12. The shipping costs for the participants residing in the EU will be paid by the Promoter and the pick-up must be carried out by a carrier designated by the same.
13. Conditions for the footwear returned:
a) Only Lemon Jelly footwear is accepted;
b) Models of any type are accepted: shoes, boots, ballerina pumps, sandals or slides;
c) The attribution of the 10% discount implies the return of a pair of footwear.
14. Voucher/Offer
a) Participants will get a 10% discount voucher for the purchase of a new pair of Lemon Jelly footwear for each pair received by the Promoter;
b) The voucher may not be used with other discounts or campaigns in force;
c) If a participant receives more than 1 (one) voucher during the campaign, they cannot all be used on the same purchase (for example, if 2 (two) pairs are returned and two 10% discount vouchers are received, the 2 (two) vouchers received cannot be used to buy a single item).

a) When participants submit the form and return their footwear, they are authorising their e-mail and other personal data provided to be stored by the Promoter, for marketing and promotional purposes, on the Promoter's database for advertising/promoting new products via e-mail, electronic message or by post;
b) They can exercise their rights to access, rectification, erasure, limitation, objection or portability of their personal data (when applicable) by writing to the following e-mail address: dpo@lemonjelly.com

17. Jurisdiction/Competence:
a) These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and any disputes arising with regard to the validity, interpretation and implementation of this campaign shall be settled by the competent courts in the Porto District, expressly waiving any other;
b) Participation in this campaign implies acceptance of all the clauses in these Terms and Conditions.
18. Final Considerations
a) In the event of force majeure or relevant reasonable grounds, the Promoter reserves the right to change the start and end dates of this Campaign. This shall not give rise to any right to compensation;
b) The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions during the Offer/Voucher promotional and redemption period, without prior notice, through publication of the new Terms and Conditions;
c) The Offers/Vouchers are personal and non-transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be sold, offered, donated, transferred, exchanged, substituted, returned or converted into cash;
