General Conditions
- For every €1 spent, 1 point is added to the customer's account.
- The points value is calculated only on the value of the products in the order, with delivery costs excluded from the calculation.
- Points are valid for 1 year.



Balance Check
- The available balance can be checked in the customer’s reserved area, under the Loyalty menu.
- The available balance is updated in the customer area after payment for an order.



Balance Accumulation
- Purchases made at www.lemonjelly.com accumulate automatically without requiring any action from the Customer, provided they are logged in at the time of purchase.
- The balance accumulated through purchases at the Lemon Jelly store www.lemonjelly.com will be credited to the Customer's account upon payment.

- When purchasing promotional items or using discount vouchers where points are used, balance is also accumulated for future purchases, provided some payment is made. This condition applies unless stated otherwise in the specific campaign’s terms and conditions.
- Purchases paid with Gift Cards or payment vouchers will not be considered for balance accumulation, except in specific cases defined by Lemon Jelly.



Payments with Points
- It is not allowed to pay for an order entirely with points.
- The maximum number of points that can be used per order is 150 points, equivalent to €9.
- Points can only be applied to product purchases and not to delivery costs.



Returns
- For orders placed using points, returning the order will involve the return of points to the customer, with the paid amount refunded and points added back to the customer’s account.



Deduction of Accumulated Balance
The accumulated balance may be deducted in cases of:
- Expiration: The accumulated balance has a 12-month expiry date. When the balance expires, the expired amount is deducted from the Customer’s account.
- Return of original purchase: When the Customer makes a full or partial return of a purchase, the accumulated balance associated with the returned product(s) is deducted from the Customer's account.



Other General Conditions
- Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
- If the Customer makes a purchase as an unregistered Customer, no benefits will be added to their account.
- Lemon Jelly is not obligated to reissue, reinstate, or extend the validity of issued points.



Amendments to Conditions
Lemon Jelly reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, notifying Customers, which is deemed fulfilled with the publication of changes on the Lemon Jelly online store at www.lemonjelly.com.



Applicable Law
The resolution of any conflict arising from the interpretation, integration, execution, and fulfilment of these Terms and Conditions is governed by Portuguese law.



Confidentiality
Personal data will be handled in accordance with data protection legislation, including Law No. 67/98 of 26 October and Law No. 41/2004 of 18 August. LEMON JELLY® and Design e More, S.A. guarantee the security and confidentiality of data processing, as well as the possibility of access, rectification, and cancellation of the data provided via the email address cs@lemonjelly.com.
