It is Lemon Jelly's loyalty programme that rewards your purchases in-store and at www.lemonjelly.com. For every purchase, you accumulate lemons that turn into exclusive discounts.How do I sign up?
All you need is a customer account registered with your email address. Purchases (online or in-store) associated with that email address automatically accumulate lemons.

How can I accumulate points?
For every €1 spent on products, you earn 1 lemon. Shipping costs do not count towards the accumulation of lemons.Do lemons and coupons expire?
Yes, lemons are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do not use them within that period, the balance will expire. The voucher is valid for 3 months after issuance.When are the points credited?

Accumulated lemons can be viewed in the customer area at www.lemonjelly.com or requested from the team at the physical store. Lemons are updated after payment for the purchase. The coupon is available in the "Coupons" area of the customer account or can be applied directly in the shopping cart.Do I earn lemons in promotions or Gift Cards?
You earn lemons on promotional items based on the actual amount paid. However, the amount paid with gift cards or vouchers does not accumulate lemons.

What is the reward for accumulating lemons?
When you reach 200 lemons, you will automatically receive a 10% discount voucher.Can I use the voucher on any product?
You can use it in physical and online shops on products that are not excluded from campaigns. The discount applies to the value of the products (excluding shipping costs).

What happens to the points if I return the order?
If you return a product, the lemons you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If the purchase was made using a voucher, the amount refunded will only be what you actually paid; the lemons from the voucher are not refunded.Where can I check my balance?
The points balance can be checked in the customer's reserved area under "Loyalty" or requested from the team at the physical store.Can I exchange points for cash?
