Do my boots contain any recycled components?
Yes. Since 2021, all our boots have been produced with a lining that includes recycled materials. In addition, all black components of our boots and ankle boots contain up to 50% recycled materials.
Are the boots really waterproof?
Although they are almost entirely waterproof, our boots feature side elastics and/or zips which, depending on usage conditions and environment, may occasionally allow some water to enter. Under normal conditions, water ingress is not common.
Does the transparent sole change colour?
The boot is made from PVC with a translucent sole, a material that can react to temperature variations.
In colder conditions, PVC may become more rigid and change the way light passes through the material, which can cause a temporary change in tone. In warmer conditions, especially when combined with sun exposure, translucent materials may undergo changes as a result of the PVC’s reaction to UV radiation.
These changes do not affect the quality, durability or functionality of the product and are generally aesthetic in nature and, in many cases, temporary.
How should I care for my insoles?
You can clean the insoles of your Lemon Jelly boots with a damp cloth and allow them to dry naturally. You can also air them regularly in the sun.

Our boots are made from PVC, TR and other plastic-based materials, which are not breathable and may cause foot perspiration. For greater comfort, our breathable insoles help control moisture and odour. We also recommend wearing thinner socks, such as cotton.
Are rain boots slip-resistant?
Depending on the model, the soles are made from EVA, PVC or rubber and are subjected to standard slip-resistance tests, without the simulation of slippery surfaces or substances such as grease. These tests require laboratory approval and are usually applied to technical footwear.
