Terms and Conditions – Loyalty Programme
Welcome to the world of Life in Yellow — a universe of colour, joy and fun, created for those who live with attitude and style! Now, your purchases at the Lemon Jelly physical store and at [www.lemonjelly.com](http://www.lemonjelly.com) allow you to collect points and receive exclusive rewards. One account, one smile — in yellow, always in yellow.
General Conditions
- For every €1 spent, 1 point is added to the customer’s account.
- Points are calculated only on the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- When the customer reaches 200 points, they receive a 10% discount voucher, sent by email and available for use online or in-store.
- The voucher is valid for 3 months after its issue date.
Checking Your Balance
- The accumulated points can be checked in the customer’s personal area at [www.lemonjelly.com](http://www.lemonjelly.com) or requested from the in-store team.
- Points are updated after the purchase payment is completed.
- The voucher becomes available in the “Vouchers” section of the customer account or can be applied directly in the shopping cart.
Points Accumulation
- Purchases made in-store or online automatically accumulate points, as long as the same customer account (registered email) is used.
- The points balance is credited at the time of payment.
- Purchases of promotional items or with the use of vouchers also accumulate points, provided that there is an effective payment amount.
- Amounts paid with Gift Cards or payment vouchers are not considered for point accumulation, unless otherwise stated by Lemon Jelly.
- In the event of a return, the points granted for that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s account.
Voucher Use
- The discount voucher obtained through the programme can be used both online and in-store, on products not excluded from campaigns.
- It is not permitted to pay for a purchase entirely with points.
- The discount applies only to the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.
Returns
- For purchases made using a voucher, the return of the order does not imply the return of points, and only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
- In the case of a total or partial return, the points earned will be deducted from the customer’s balance.
Deduction or Expiration of Balance
The accumulated balance may be deducted in the following situations:
- Expiration of points: validity of 12 months from the purchase date.
- Purchase return: deduction of the points obtained from the returned products.
Other General Conditions
- Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for their monetary value.
- Purchases made without logging in or as a “guest” do not accumulate points.
- Lemon Jelly is not obliged to reissue, refund or extend the validity of expired points.
- Lemon Jelly reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the programme at any time, by publishing updates at [www.lemonjelly.com](http://www.lemonjelly.com).
Applicable Law
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, integration, execution, or fulfilment of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
Data Protection
The personal data collected within the scope of the programme will be processed in accordance with the data protection legislation in force (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). Lemon Jelly and Design & More, S.A. guarantee the security, confidentiality, and exclusive use of the data for the purpose of managing the programme.
