Yes, the insoles in all our boots are removable. However, this model can't be used without an insole.

To clean the insoles of your Lemon Jelly boots use a damp soft clog and leave them to dry. You can also air them regularly.

Although they are almost entirely waterproof, our boots have side elastics and/or zippers that, depending on the conditions and environment of use, may sometimes allow some water to enter. Under more common conditions, it is not usual for water to get into the models.

Lemon Jelly started introducing recycled components in its products starting with the Autumn-Winter 2021 Collection. So, these boots don’t have recycled components in their composition.

Our rain boots are produced in PCV, TR, or other plastic derivates. These materials, contrary to other materials like leather or fabric, are not flexible or stretch with usage, so the boots will hardly expand over time.

According to their shape, our boots have different instep dimensions.
For this particular style, we recommend your normal size. This model usually fits comfortably at the instep. If you usually wear a size 38, order a size 38.

We always advise you to use socks with rain boots, namely thinner fabric socks, such as cotton, for example.

Depending on the boot length and the pants' shape, you may go, for example, with mid-calf styles over jeggings and skirts or under if you’re in a loose pants mood. Get creative and style rain boots as you like: the most important is for you to feel good and confident in your shoes.

Our rain boots can be worn all year round. Coloured styles with shiny finishings go perfectly with summer sunsets, and matte boots in more discreet colours will elevate elegance on any outfit.

Our rain boots are produced in PVC, TR or other plastic derivates. Due to their properties, these materials are not breathable, which may result in higher levels of foot perspiration. For better comfort, our breathable insoles were developed for humidity and odour control, and we also recommend the use of thinner socks such as cotton.

Depending on the boot, its outsoles might be produced in EVA, PVC or TR rubber, and they are tested to standard non-slip levels (not involving for example highly slippery floors or different substances such as greases).
More complex non-slip tests are frequently used on safety, and more technical shoes, and it’s something that needs the approval of the proper institutions and labs.
