General Conditions
- For every €1 spent, 1 point is attributed to the customer account - The value of points is calculated only on the value of the products in the order, and shipping costs are not included in the calculation
- Points are valid for 1 year
- When the customer reaches 200 points, they receive a 10% discount coupon, sent by email and available in the cart to enter.
- The coupon is valid for 3 months.



Balance Inquiry
- Accumulated points can be viewed in the customer's reserved area, in the Loyalty menu.
- Accumulated points are updated in the customer area after payment of an order
- The coupon is available in the customer area, in the “Coupons” section.



Balance Accumulation
- Purchases made on www.lemonjelly.com accumulate automatically and do not require any intervention from the Customer, as long as they are logged in at the time of purchase.
- The balance accumulated by making purchases in the Lemon Jelly store www.lemonjelly.com will be attributed to the Customer's account upon payment.
- When purchasing promotional items or using discount vouchers, in which the points balance is used, the balance is also accumulated for future purchases, provided that some payment is made for that purchase. This condition is valid unless otherwise communicated in the general conditions of the respective campaigns.
- The value of purchases made paid with Gift Cards or payment vouchers will not be considered for the accumulation of balance, except in specific cases defined by Lemon Jelly.



Payments with points
- It is not permitted to pay for an order using only points
- Payment with the points coupon is only applied to products and not to shipping costs.



Returns
- For orders placed using the points coupon, returning the order does not imply returning the points to the customer, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.



Deduction of Accumulated Balance
The accumulated balance may be deducted in the event of:
- Expiration: The accumulated balance has an expiration date of 12 months. When the validity of the balance expires, the expired amount is deducted from the Customer's account.
- Return of the original purchase: when the Customer makes a total or partial return of a purchase, the balance accumulated with the returned product(s) is deducted from the Customer's account.



Other General Conditions
- Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
- If the Customer makes a purchase as an unregistered Customer, no benefits will be attributed to the account.
- Lemon Jelly is under no obligation to reissue, refund or extend the validity of the points issued.



Changes to Conditions
Lemon Jelly reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, communicating them to Customers, a requirement that is understood to be fulfilled by publishing the changes in the Lemon Jelly online store at www.lemonjelly.com.



Applicable Legislation
The resolution of any conflict resulting from the interpretation, integration, execution and compliance with these Terms and Conditions is governed by Portuguese law.
